Everything was lovely the homemade pasta dishes were all fantastic. I understand it&rsquo;s a pasta bar but I did wish there was a few more secondi protein options.

Semola Pasta Bar

This restaurant was our favorite restaurant from the week we spent in Sorrento. The service was excellent and our dinner and desserts were outstanding! I highly recommend eating here while in Sorrento!

We had our first meal in Sorrento at Trattoria dei Mori (based on previous recommendations) and, despite eating in other lovely restaurants, we decided to also make it our last meal,,, that must say quite a lot.  The food is varied, prepared brilliantly, so very tasty and reasonable portions.  The service very friendly and impeccable.  The wine list very good, with excellent local wines at reasonable prices.  We were recommended the fillet steak with fresh black truffles for our last meal.  It was without doubt the most delicious fillet steak we have ever had.  Simply superb!

Food was okay. It was a little expensive and touristy though.  We went here since it was close to our apartment after touring the coast all day. The service was impeccable and the view and restaurant were lovely though so that made up for it.

This is a wonderful rustic restaurant hidden off an alley in central Sorrento. There are a few 2 person tables outside but the main restaurant is indoors. With many restaurants, they look spectacular but the food and service can disappoint. Not here. The food and service is EXCELLENT! We had mussells and steak. Both were the best we have had so far. We went at 7pm when it was quiet but noticed they were sold out after 8pm so you are advised to book. A wonderful restaurant.

Sometimes you just feel like a really good cheeseburger and fries. Star pub does not disappoint. The Clayton burger was delicious. Order  Stix on the side. Excellent choice!

A bit difficult to find....coming from the city center you need to find the stairs. Once down the 6 flights or so, walk down the road until you find the port. Beautiful entrance and lovely welcome. Then they sat ne and forgot me! I had to track down a server to take my order and then they stayed on track. The sea bass (secondi) was fantastic. The peppered mussels were a bit bland, but fresh. The panne cotta had a strange film and lumpiness to it but the inverted top part was delicious. Vini biancas were ok but nothing stellar. They were generous enough to provide Limoncello as a disgestive (gratis).

We went to Semola pasta bar as a 7 people group and everyone ordered a different dish just to see if they are really good at everything or just do 1 or 2 good dishes. We got 3 appetizers, 7 different entrees and 2 desserts. So realistically we ordered 12 different dishes and everything was phenomenal. Our server was Marco and he did a wonderful job and answered every question we had. We left the place with big smiles and full bellies. I definitely recommend the place and ask Marco to help you with your food choices.

Had the BEST pasta here. The lasagna and the ravioli alla caprese were both fantastic. It was a cute place to dine, but our server seemed a little agitated. Otherwise it was perfection!

We had wanted to try this restaurant out as all the reviews were very encouraging so managed to make a booking online which I am glad we did as we were able to walk straight in while others were waiting outside to be seated when next table availableSemola has a lovely romantic ambience about it the staff were really friendly even though they are quite busy, one didn&rsquo;t feel rushed at all Lots of delicious choices on the menu hard to chose we ordered the Semola Fried Pasta medley thinking we would give it a try as never heard of it and it wasn&rsquo;t really to our likening just a lot of crunchy pasta with a few different varieties having a soft centre .. Hubby ordered the Scialatiello alla Pescatora which is said was fantastic full of flavour I ordered the Black ravioli with Squid ink filled with salted codfish and burrata my dish was a little underwhelming although the food was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were very fresh I was just a little disappointed We had a lovely glass of Pinot Grigio and enjoyed our dinning experience From our observation and talking to the couple next to us they really enjoyed their meal and the dishes coming out all looked lovely and nice size portions. Probably was one of the dearest meals we paid for whilst in Sorrento as we have been travelling for 9 weeks so I feel it was a higher end restaurant budget wise .. I do recommend dinning here as everything was clean fresh and presented well..

Food was delicious. The fried medley starter is great but way too much for 2 people plus dinner. Gnocchi was fantastic. Service was a little slower maybe because of staff, we also had to wait about 7 minutes even though we had a reservation
